Even from afar, the little church of St. Peter by the Hill gives you the sense that we find ourselves in a very special place. And in the main square of Fiè we discover a fascinating history of the past and a small museum with valuable archaeological finds.

This will be revealed by a man from Fiè who has turned his passion for coffee into his profession. Coffee grinders, a coffee garden and the path from bean to coffee can be explored over an extensive outdoor exhibition area. The stimulating aroma of freshly roasted coffee beans puts us in the mood for enjoying a delicious cup of this celebrated beverage.
After a short walk, it is time for refreshments. We are guests of a young family that runs an organic farmstead. Heiner and Clara are true globetrotters: when they return home after a trip abroad, their luggage is always laden with new gastronomic discoveries, which they skillfully blend with South Tyrolean cuisine. While savouring their culinary creations, we let ourselves be inspired by this creative and stimulating environment.
